Picking Apples with Andrew Tetreault Brown |
Sunday, October 24th
Honey-Pot Hill Orchards, Stow, Massachusetts
For the second year in a row, Jenn and I have gone apple-picking at Honey-Pot Hill Orchards, a beautiful farm in Stow, Massachusetts. There were still lots of apples to be picked, and the cider doughnouts were just as good as I remembered. Once again, we were accompanied by Jennifer Galbraith and both Heather and Andrew Tetreault, but this time Andrew was actually able to enjoy it. He probably doesn't remember much from last year, because he hadn't actually been born yet!
Here's Andrew and his mom, Heather, enjoying the beautiful October weather.
Andrew was a little tired and hungry when we got on the road. Sunshine on the face and a late start made him just a little cranky, but a little nap in the car and a little food when we got there soon cheered him up.

Since everybody else was having so much fun picking apples, Andrew didn't want to just sit around. He got to practice walking and exploring, all with a little help from friends and family.

At the end of another hard day's work, Andrew got to relax with Jenn. We hope he's looking forward to doing this again next year!
